Refund/Cancellation Policy

Membership Dues

No refunds will be given for membership dues. The Clinical Social Work Association is a 501(c)(6), nonprofit, member association. Membership dues may or may not be tax deductible (please consult your accountant for details). Memberships are not transferable.

Educational Programs

Program registration cancellations may be made, for any reason, by contacting the CSWA Office up to 48 hours prior to the start of a program, in order to receive a refund. Any alterations to this policy will be found in the individual event information posted.

Web-based Digital Products

No refunds will be given for web-based digital products. Because there is no physical product, digital products may not be returned once the product is purchased/activated. Please contact the CSWA office for assistance with any technical difficulties related to your purchase. Electronic products are received immediately upon purchase. Either instructions for retrieval will be noted in your confirmation email upon successful purchase, or you must login to the platform to access purchased digital products.
