Current CSWA Members - Complete the steps below:

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CSWA MEMBER please log in to your CSWA profile and renew with the Partner State Affiliation - Individual Membership 

To change to the partnership membership, log in to WWW.CLINICALSOCIALWORKASSOCIATION.ORG with your email address and password and complete the following steps:

1.     At the top right of the screen, next to your profile name: Click View Profile

2.     Click the button:  Change membership level

3.     Choose Partner State Affiliation - Individual Membership- $35.00 (USD) and click NEXT

4.     Make any additional changes to your profile and click UPDATE and NEXT (at the bottom of the screen)

5.     Make payment online or choose invoice me to mail in a check.  (Renewal will not be final until payment is made)

Please note:  No refunds will be made for the prior year membership, however you will now be locked into this $35.00 member rate (available for the duration that your State Society is a partner-affiliate of the CSWA).
